3. Your account & saved details
To personalize offers to your locality, we ask for your email address and pincode once, and save this on your device so you aren't asked again on future visits. You're responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address and pincode.
- Keeping the device you use to access the Site reasonably secure.
- Updating your saved pincode if you move to a different locality.
4. Offers & redemption
Offers are provided by third-party businesses and are subject to change, expiry, or withdrawal by that business at any time, with or without notice.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep listed offers accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee availability, pricing, or terms at the time you visit a business.
- Redemption of any offer is between you and the listing business, and is subject to that business's own terms, stock, and conditions.
- Discounts, timings, and eligibility shown on the Site are indicative and should be confirmed with the business before you visit.
5. For business listers
If you list your business or offers on patnaoffers.com, you agree that:
- All information you submit (pricing, discounts, expiry, availability) is accurate and lawful.
- You are solely responsible for honoring the offers you list.
- We may remove or edit any listing that appears inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms, at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake pincodes or offers.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Site's normal operation.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harm patnaoffers, its users, or listed businesses.
7. Intellectual property
The patnaoffers name, logo, and Site design are the property of patnaoffers.com. Business names, logos, and offer content remain the property of the respective businesses. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.
8. Disclaimers

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
